1996- Blazing Star Herbal School,Herbal intensive studies.


1997- Bittersweet Herb Garden opened

2003- Changed Name to Bittersweet Ridge to include Shetland sheep, English angora rabbits, Fiber Arts as well as natural skin care products.

2006-Changed entity
from sole proprietor to LLC.

ABOUT US

Bittersweet Ridge is located in the small town of Roxbury, in the Litchfield Hills of western Connecticut. In addition to producing soap and other skin care products we have a small flock of Shetland sheep as well as  English angora rabbits.We use the fiber from these animals for felting and spinning yarn.
